Can anyone please refer me to a good Accessibility and Usability guides and WW threads?

For now i have found that TOP Usability expert is Jakob Nielsen

There's a couple of good books that are worth reading, notably "Constructng Accessible Websites" by Jim Thatcher, et. al (I think a new edition is out shortly) and Joe Clark's book, the name of which escapes me at the moment.

I find the following principles good for evaluating online shopping designs.

Simple principles are much more eferctive than wading through tons of text on the subject.
