Guys,
I made a backup of my previous hosting to be transferred to the new hosting. however, in the new hosting's cpanel -> backup, under the "Download a MySQL Database Backup", it displays this error:

"DBI connect('mysql:localhost','root',...) failed: Too many connections at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Mysql.pm line 40 Can't call method "prepare" on an undefined value at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Mysql.pm line 502."

These are links which download some files..What is going on? I asked the admins and the stupid admin asks me what to do! Any solution guys?

I think you want to upload your backup, not download it right?
If you can ssh in then you can do it from the command line with a command like
mysql -uuser -ppass dbname < backup.sql

Move to a new hosting company.

i was just sticking to this hosting since it had "unlimited bandwidth" at super affordable price. But I guess my days to host on their hosting are over. Thanks guys.

With webhosting it's all about SERVICE not PRICE.
