Make PDF from mysql data

OK, here is anoother thing I am not sure about. If I need to great a program to do it or if there is code to use.

What I want to do is this.

A user enters in data into a form. when they hit submit it does 2 things. It take the data and puts it into the database and then generates a pdf with the data in the form of graphs and such.

Now is this possible? if so can anyone point me in the right dicection.

There are PDF maker components available. Do a search for PDF maker and see what shakes down.

I guess I should put is bit of data in.. I am running all Mac computers. So it has to work on Mac. A lot of what I could find is for windows

Yes everthing is mac. we have an xserver
