SQL 2005 Install problem

can not install client tools on the server

I am having problems with installation of Work Station Components. I was able to install server components but no lack with client tools

SQL Server 2005 Standard on Win Server 2003

I am getting this error;

Microsoft.SqlServer.MonitorFramework.dll. Verify that you have access to that directory.
