does GUI UI exist for MYSQL search & replace?

I've searched and can't find what I thought would be a common tool -- a bulk search and replace utility for MYSQL.

All I need is either desktop or preferably web UI to do a variety of search and replace operations across fields that I specifiy.

Does anything like that exist? Please don't send SQL and command line stuff, I can't handle that :)

Navicat is pretty nice.

If they would just make a feature to rotate the table for data entry.
