Im looking at some current and future sites that need to be converted from English to Spanish. If anyone has done this what have you done?

Hired students?
Hired 3rd party?
Other?

Which has worked for you short and long term?

I already have 2 friends/students that I could tap as resources but need to figure out something for the long haul.
