Trying to find spanish feed for search engine

I can use AltaVista but prefer a ppc to generate revenue

I'm looking for a search engine feed for a new spanish SE to serve Mexico and South America and looking for a Portuguese feed too.

Findwhat / Miva doesn't have spanish advertisers so they are out. Yahoo has advertisers but require a huge number of searches per month before they approve you --- in english - they might do a better deal in spanish.

I could use AltaVista but it wouldn't generate any revenue.

Any ideas?
