Payment Question

I am under the impression that the current payment will be a check BUT its says direct deposit for May 24th. Did they speed things up? Has the direct deposit payment method been moved up from June 25th.?

I also have a question about taxes. Is YPN going to begin taking taxes out of our payments? A tax column is now listed on the payment page.

Appreciate any comments on this matter.

I called Yahoo and they said it will still be a check that is sent....this months perk... it comes earlier. The direct deposit shows if you registered for it to be implemented which is next months perk!

Don't know about the taxes though.

The system is setup to read your preference of payment and is reporting that correctly. We already were told April's earnings are coming via check in the mail.

This is just a temporary hiccup that shouldn't be any cause for concern. You'll get paid... just be patient.

Sorry for the late response here but I wanted to answer your questions.

-Yes, the first direct deposit payment will happen June 25 (assuming your tax ID information is verified). Generally, payments are issued on the 25th of each month unless the 25th falls on a weekend in which case the payments will be issued on the following business day.

-YPN allows publishers to decide if they want taxes taken out of their direct deposit payment, it doesn’t mean we’ll automatically opt you into that option.
