No ads showing?

Got my YPN acceptance email today and signed up for an account, got everything set and created an ad. Placed the code on my site and it doesn't seem to be showing any ads at all, just a blank space.

Is this normal for a new signup?

I too just signed up today and posted my first YPN ad.. so far, i'm getting nothing..

how long should it take?
