For the last couple of days, most of the times when I try to login in YPN, I get this message: Yahoo! Publisher Network is temporarily unavailable.
Anybody else has this problem?

Never had this problem, no. They are in beta though so it doesn't surprise me.

The server has been running extremly slow for me. It takes sometimes 5-10 minutes for the login page to show up... while other times it's no wait at all.

I never had temporarily unavailable problem. Yes agree with you garyr, mostly i finish checking my emails and login page still loading ..... .
