but how anyone other than spiders can get in the website, as it is a cloaked site?

You must be using a one size fits all type of cloaking script? Some scripts out there only place visitors in two categories human and bot. Perhaps you should evaluate which bots you want to exclude. There are several useless bandwidth sucking bots out there who do nothing more than comb your site to steel your email or check to see if you are using someone else's intellectual property.
