Does anyone know what this UA is tied too?

It is not coming from one unique IP or user.

In each case, this user(s) visit my site everyday.

First they do a..

GET / HTTP/1.1

Then...

GET /';return%20true HTTP/1.1

They also never provide any referring information. I'm clueless to what they want. They only go for the root level page.

hmmm...maybe NASA is somehow behind this....
