Microsoft URL Control: 33 pages in 20 secs?

Here's a clip of the #2 most annoying auto-visitor my site is getting... I know there were some earlier posts about "Microsoft URL Control," but none of the answers were very specific...

I got it visitng under IP 63.210.161.34 (is "63" the official IP code for "obnoxious robot"?)

Here's a log clip for that one:

Any definite ideas here? I sure isn't human.

In this thread, I believe it was redzone who mentioned that Microsoft Url Control is embedded into active x applications that download web sites. In other words, a remote http request utility, and it could be doing anything.

Who knows, maybe it was me? Just kidding. ;)

Thanks... that one hasn't been back again, so I'm not going to worry about it. (I swear, the more I hear about Microsoft in various places, the more they annoy me...)
