199.3.9.178 is the ip that I have, but it looks like it is a hosting company that provides some other services, I found this one crawling other people sites, too, so I'm not too worried, but does any one else have any more specific information? As always, appreciate the assistance!

Thanks! I did some searching for the user agent, but that was where I went dry...too many hits by this browser in lots of logs...which makes sense, since anybody can download it.
