I found this in my logs, and it turns out this is some kind of browsing utility? I may be wrong, but I filtered it, and then got a nasty email.

I have an IP, but that is the problem. I've got about 4 or five, and it seems like they are all from different c classes, owned by isps, etc. I tracert them all, and none of them came up with anything tasty.
