Spidered a couple pages a week ago. Came back today and hit every page. Always has the IP: 63.97.116.101

Did some digging and got nothing. Anyone else seen her?

I have seen her and don't have a clue - apparently didn't find me too interesting, though, and followed no links out. I'm a bit more curious about what Rutgers Univ is about.

Which usually means a OC3 connection to the net. I've tried snooping around that c-block and can't find anything there that looks interesting. Arin just shows it as alternet.
