does any one have any idea what bot it is?

I never seen them before. It looks like they are IPs from a dial up network, or perhaps a caching system. Do you get a lot of requests from the same IP and then get hit in the same fashion from a different IP
later?

Looks for their website that they are a full service ISP, so either of the two are possible. Anyone know anything about www.pioneernet.net?

I went to their website andd found the same thing u did

btw i had more ip coming from them from diffrent masks requesting robots.txt and then other pages similar to a regular bot
