[Interchange]...today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Inspire Infrastructure 2i AB, a Swedish Internet and wireless local-search technology company in a share purchase transaction.

So a nice move on Interchanges part. They gain some new local clustering technology while getting a foothold into the euro market.
