We currently operate a local IYP which is populated with the entire local phone book searchable by yellow page headings, name, brands sold and keywords, We currently have over 12,000 businesses listed in 1800+ headings. We are currently selling upgraded listings with more keywords and higher placement in the search results plus our Premium Listing which includes an html ad page. What I am wondering is what features are local advertisers looking for that we might add to enhance the listing value?

That will give you more information then I ever could about what advertisers may be looking for.

You might also look into a few of the cutting edge features that have been rolling out with some IYP's such as Pay-Per-Call or SMS info.

Are you just listing the businesses like a normal phone book, or are you tapping into other revenue streams such as shopping? An example would be ShopLocal or how SuperPages does it.
