Google local: Awaiting PIN entry for more than 45 days

I submitted my site to google local on last week of jan, 2006. After all the formalities I got this message:

First you'll need your PIN, which should arrive in the mail within two weeks after you submit your business listing. If you have your PIN, enter it beside the appropriate listing below, then click 'Go.'

Its a pretty simple process I guess. But its been more than 45 days and I am yet to get a PIN number. I requested another letter which I am yet to receive.

What shall I do now? Please suggest.

I get them all the time.... just ask for more. Of course, once the postcard finally comes, you might wonder how you know which PIN to put in... No problem... Google shows them all in your account.

Thanks paybacksa. Apart from requesting repeatedly for the PIN are there any other ways to get it done? I donot have a touch-tone phone otherwise it would have been an option.
