The client appears in local.google.com with the correct location information too but the url has recently changed to point to the url of the local county contractor licensing listing (a .gov site) and not to the proper url.
Are there specific email addresses to report these problem?
Most of my other clients appear in both of the local directories and generally the urls point off to a yellow pages site that contains the proper client url. Is anyone worrying this extra step problem?
The google process requires an offline validation wherein they send a letter snailmail to the business address to confirm its existence, but this is your best bet to get correct information in both results.
