Their website is terrible, and is a bunch of marketing mumbo-jumbo that doesn't really say anything, so let me explain:
They've licensed FAST as a search solution, and IMHO, are looking to become a roll-your-own local search solution platform, similar to what Interchange did before it got out of the business.
They're now powering Dex online, the directory business of Qwest.
