The power went out and now one of my computers won't browse with any browser. Email & everything else work fine. Other computers on the LAN browse fine. I've tried a new cable, new LAN card, uninstalled firewall, virus scan--nothing.
I guess it has something to do with ports (which I know nothing about) since the dial-up modem won't connect either.
