Outlook and aol

Can't reveive email from aol accounts

I'm having problems receiving email from certain aol accounts, not all, just like 5 or so. All of them are coming from a specific office but I can receive email from their company account. They can all receive email from me. I'm not quite sure what the problem is and I'm not the sys admin so I don't realy have the power to correct it but she doesn't know what's wrong either. Anyone have some suggestions that I can throw her way?

What Version of Outlook are you using?

IF you are using OL2003, check your Junkmail filters, you may have them in the list or your settings may be too high. if you have the permantly delete junk mail - turned on, turn it off and see if the mail ends up in your junk mail folder.

Checked all those settings and my junkmail setting is on low and im not auto deleting anything. I'm using OL2003. It's not just me it seems to be the entire office that can't get email from these people.
