Server Status Software

Hi I was wondering if anyone knows of any windows software that will chcek the status of a number of servers / websites to see if they are running / down etc.

Dont need anything in depth that checks if mysql, apache, iis etc is running just need the basics e.g. ping checks etc.

If it has the option to e-mail or send a telephone text message giving a warning it would be a plus.
