limit connections from same ip

anybody knows how to limit the number of connections from the same IP in IIS, if it has support for this (or in Win2003)?

I'm not sure whether Win2003 has this built in. I know that older versions of IIS required add-in 3rd party software to do this...at least I've seen some packages that add this functionality.
