Hi all, can anyone tell me what letter is the £ gbp currency symbol on a us keyboard, trying to recode a us web page to run in uk currency but stuck on the symbol as they refer to the $ in their page coding, as a letter poss "L" or "I"?
thanks in advance

thanks for the fast reply, but i have converted it once, but can't remember which line or file it was, and i'm sure i had to remove a letter like L and replace with a letter like I ?

i didn't type alt 0163 etc in the value area.

hope this helps?

thanks again rob

I use the old dos command of alt + 156 £.

Works for me on XP SP2.
