Looking to get a Pocket PC ... what are the options

I am looking to get a Pocket PC and would like some opinions on what brand and options to get. My main requirment is that I would like to also use it as an MP3 player and audio recorder. Are there any out there that have built in recorders or is that an add-on? If so which add-on do you think is the best.

My HP iPAQ h1945 has a built in recorder, and plays mp3s fine. You'll need an extra SD memory card to store the mp3s on, but you'll have that with any PPC.

If it can be Palm instead of Pocket PC, the Zire 72 has a built in voice recorder. It'll play MP3s if you add a memory card.
