I'm having trouble using the MasterSwitch with my Dell PowerEdge servers. It seems the BIOS doesn't allow this, so I can't use it. How does anyone else remote reboot?

Don't have any experience with "MasterSwitch", but can you not use the rebooting functionality of your installed OS? What would be the difference between the two?

Yes, but a remote rebooter allows you to restart the computer when it crashes and you can't login to the OS. I ended up selecting a Web Reboot Service.
