any ideas what sort of hardware myspace is running?

I'm very curious to know the details behind myspace. How do they handle 2 million new members a month? what sort of hardware are they running?

if anyone has some links to news articles on these topics that would really feed my geek curiosity hehe.

400 webservers running asp.net and cold fusion. Those 400 webservers are seperated into 30 application pools.

Its all on public record, use google to search for it.

In one of the press releases it states 7.5 billion pageviews a month with 110,000 signups per day.

ok so i went to see what all the fuss is about. i click on browse profiles and get " Invalid Friend ID. This user has either cancelled their membership, or their acccount has been deleted."
