Book Binders - Combs and Wires?

I have a couple nice Comb binders (top end ibicos), but I am looking for a good (cheap) Wire binder.

Anyone have any experience with them? Recommendations?

But seriously, the second question there is asking if you are specifically looking for a wire binder or if a plastic binder would suffice?
