Free templates available for forums?

I am thinking about adding a little forum to my website, but don't have any clue at all about php or forum programming.

Are there any free templates available? Sort of "add your title here, choose your background colour there and upload" things?

The open source BBs generally have an assortment of free templates, too. Installation is often a fairly simple upload and registration process.

BB is a Bulletin Board innit, a forum in other words. Plenty of free forum software out there, probably the best know is phpBB with plenty of free templates available.
