I'm debating wether or not adding adsense to my forums will be worth the extra ad on there.

Could you forum adsense veterans look over my traffic numbers and give me a yay or nay?

At 372 pages and assuming the usual low forum CTR, you aren't going to get rich. Still, you could run a test for a week or two to see what happens. If your topic runs a high-cost per click and your visitors are curious, there's a chance it might be worth your trouble.
