Forum tables a mess

I would greatly appreciate it. If you can sticky me for the forum address I would love some help. I have changed the sizes on the overall header tpl file, and still the left side of the header runs over and doesn't look right.

I have even went into the css file for the forum to see if anything within there could be of help, but am still stuck with this one. (If people would comment their code, that would also be a help. table nested in table in.....argh!)

I have been at this for two days now just changing and unchanging table/tr/td sizes.
