Question about vBulletin forum...

If you have a single lisence for a forum and you want to create different styles within the forum with different logos representing different sections. I would also like to direct different domains to the different styles. Is it possible to do this with one lisence or do you need a license for each domain? All help is appreciated.

If you just have one installation of the software on one server with one database, you should be fine with a single license, even if you have individual forums set up with a different look or even direct a remote domain to an individual forum. You should read the license fine print to be sure what is allowed, but as far as I know they are mainly concerned that you don't install it more than once.
