Any source of alternatives to subSilver template that can easily be used?

For those of us who don't have the time to build templates for phpBB but want an alternative to subSilver, is there a source of alternative templates?

There is a selection of approved templates available in the Styles section of the phpBB website:

Other than that, there are a ton of site out there offering templates of wildly varying quality. A quick search for "phpBB template" should get you started.

Quick question: how easy is it to make the background of each forum change colour on rollover? Is this a quick mod of is an entire template required?
