What day of the week is it?

This is an honest question? I'm serious.....

Let me explain.....6 years ago I went free lance....for the last three years knowing what day of the week it was has become a problem!

I always knew the day of the week in a 9-5 job, but now, I simply don't.

I ask my wife often if it is Saturday, if it is we can't go out to eat as the lines at the local resturants will be too long!

Time is an issue for me now.....not that I have to work to a timescale, but simply that I can't live with those that do because they fill up the local resurants on certain days :(

Not such a good start for me today.

Blew a heater hose in my Jeep Cherokee in the middle of town. I abandonded the car and went on to work. I have no idea what I'm gonna do now. I need wheels.

The only reason i know what day it is because I work to the weekend hehe! Then again I work weekends on other projects so.. I need a drink most days :)

I've only recently re-joined the 9/5 group but kept my freelance work going so I now know what day of the week it is and know when I'm working saturday and sunday - that'll be the days you can't go out because there is too many people ;)

ska_d - good luck with the car - hope you can get it fixed without blowing a hole in your wallet and find someone to give you a lift back home if needs be
