how do I erase my tracks?

My employer has disengaged history (I can't change it) and removed disk clean up. Is there a way I can erase my tracks so to speak?

And if the employer is monitoring all the traffic at the firewall? If he is running a key-logger? The above tool will do little more than give a false sense of security.

If you did not install the machine and you don't have administrative access, then you cannot expect any guarantee of privacy. The only thing to do is to have a self-installed machine or a something like a Linux live CD and establish a SSL tunnel to a trusted machine and pass all your traffic through that.
