Wow! I have to wonder about all the ramifications of letting loose 250,000 superballs in San Francisco. Those balls are not light and once they gain momentum like that going downhill, they can hurt! That's why you see that little kid ducking for cover. :)

Despite the fact that the vehicles are apparently props, I do hear a car alarm go off when the balls hit. Did you catch the un/editted swear word? I was suprised when I heard that. (It's not that I haven't heard that sort of language before; just not from Sony.)
Through the magic of CGI, I'd love to see Steve McQueen drive through that!

I found it highly amusing that in the "making of ..." video it shows the directors and camermen at the bottom of the hill either wearing motorcycle helmets or hiding behind what looks like Lexan police riot shields.
