That's one of the funniest spoof articles I've read in ages.
Clarkson is an excellent presenter and speaks his mind. He also speaks for many others who are too scared to open their mouths.
The anti-Clarkson movement - the environmentalists only succeed in bringing their campaign to notice by bullying and abuse, yet they always pretend to be ethical. Most of them are no better than a street thug and have less moral principles.
Most [environmentalists] are no better than a street thug and have less moral principles.
Que?
I'm not a huge environmentalist, myself, but I don't understand the basis of this assertion.
As for Clarkson, I find him a bit hit and miss.
Occasionally he irritates me, but sometimes I can't pick myself up off the floor for laughing.
The best thing I've ever seen on Top Gear was when he raced the plane to Switzerland.
I also really enjoy JC comments on Chirac and the French. Comments on the Millau bridge last week were quite funny - thanks for that JC (Jacques Chirac)

ps. just for the record ... I AM French
no it was about Jaco saying that the Millau bridge was a symbol of France technology, thatit was a "prodigy of art and architecture — a new emblem of French civil engineering."
The bridge will serve as a symbol of "a modern and conquering France" he said ...
He forgot to mention that the designer was british ;)

ps. regarding French cars, I 've got one and they're not that bad [touch wood & rabbit foot]
The episode where Clarkson drove a Rolls Royce into a swimming pool was a bit over the top though
