An Ode to Yahoo's DeepBot

A Crappy Poem to a Fickle Bot Who Has Turned Away from Me

Once she ran freely through my fields
Day in, day out.
Now she only runs through cold, echoing corridors of my mind.
Left me out, left me out.

A love once given. I'm now forsaken.
Where has she gone, oh where has she gone.

That's about the worst poem I could write. It's bad on so many levels. But it's better than the subject, Yahoo's DeepBot, because it's actually there.

Yahoo, your algo may be updated but your dataset is old.

Yahoo, where is Deepbot?

Bot: it is time. The timeout was not small.
Put voltage on your datacenters
and let your spiders crawl.

The SERPS are messy and it's christmas soon.
Some peoples sales are going down the cellar,
So Yahoo send your bot and help this fella
and please forgive his weepy tune.

Just couldn't resist...

Tigrou, will we be calling this "Ode to DeepBot the Despot"?

Nice jecasc.

Webwork, if we get enough submissions I'll bind it and have a competition for the title of the collected works.

Oh wait, maybe I should first check if anyone else cares to submit?
