I want to put up a second screen to permanently display Outlook whilst the other is used for everything else that I do. How do I do it?

You have to have a graphics card that supports dual monitors - with that in place plug your other monitor in, adjust your display settings to use 2 monitors and enjoy!

one of your monitors will have to be primary and the other secondary. on mine I found that I didn't have any chocie as to which card was primary and which was secondary. this took me awhile to figure out so ifyou have problems try switching your primary and secondary. good luck. To me it has been well worht having 2 monitors.... although now I want 3. and of course if I got 3 i'd just want 4.And if I had 4 well then I would have to have 5 in order to have a center one cause you just can't have an even number of monitore except for 2.
