that, be totally secure, do exactly what I want it to, and if it doesn't by golly there better be someone to answer the phone or my emails or I'll just [enter retaliatory action here].
I'm not one that's easily annoyed, but this tact is EVERYWHERE and it's one of the few things on the internet that truly bugs me. Am I on my own here?
