MS Outlook on the road?

What does a traveling webmaster do with their Outlook (on their desktop)

Recently been traveling a lot...have all my emails through outlook on my desktop. Laptop doesnt have it, and impossible to keep the 2 machines on the same page.

I've seen my friends use "outlook web access" where they can access their outlook from the internet. is this available to for office 2003? i'd love to have this feature. trying to keep my email updated on both machines is driving met nuts.
