In the UK we've been recently getting some of Penn & Teller's excellent mockumentary-type program. I went to Showtime's website to see if the discussion board is going, only to <find out that the pages> are intended for access only from within the United States. ---

Just use a proxy server in the USA and you should be able to get the content.
I have no trouble accessing these pages from Canada, but we also get Showtime in Canada.
