Early reports indicate that detonators have gone off at three tube stations: Oval, Warren Street and Shepherds Bush and on on a number 26 bus in Hackney.

So far it looks like no bombs have exploded and there are no casualties.

<edited> Only one injury reported. </edited>

Eyewitness reports tell of a back-pack exploding at one location - with the owner looking somewhat surprised (!) and then running out of the tube station for dear life.

The news on radio & web is being updated very quickly - which is a very good sign.

Just tried to ring a friend in Shepherd's Bush - seems the mobile network is down with everyone checking up on others.

As you say, one reported injury at Warren Street.

The tube station out of which the man ran is Oval, apparently. According to reports he ran out leaving a backpack on the tube after the detonator had already gone off.
