How on earth does anybody contact Yahoo? I have a problem of continually being asked to enter my username and password twice as well as key in some silly word they send me. It's not for want of ticking the 'remember me on this computer' box. It's driving me nuts. Help. Thanks.

To contact Yahoo! you need to click on help then browse through to the most related help article. After you read through it there is a question "was this information enough to solve your problem" (or words to that effect) If you click no, it gives you a feedback form to ask Yahoo support a question.
Just on the subject.. Have you made sure your coputer is set up with cookies emabled? This might explain your problem.
