question for those that can help,

say i have image that we have created, but these images contain fonts or symbol that we do not own.. can we have copyright rights on these images?

i am taking legal action on another website which are using our custom images. but again, within these custom images have other features we don't own, but they are completely created by us. do we have rights to these images?
