What is the basic difference between doing an MS in MIS and an MBA with a concentration in IS when it comes to career path and prospects?

MS will lead to Phd and then Professor type career
MBA will lead to basically carrer in company like heading IT department and IT planning... duno much , i told what ever i knew am too preparing for MS~ Masters career
