I'm so tired of seeing these freakin websites poping up with Dear Friend. No I'm not your friend but I may have purchased what your selling if it was possible to wade through all the bs to actually find the product I need. What is wrong with the people that are selling in this manner? Do they have a mental disorder? I'm talking about the webmasters who are selling products to other webmasters. Its ok for webmasters to use that junk sell jargon on normal people but not other webmasters. If your product is worth while then we will buy it! You don't need to use famous one liners, highlighted text, cliches, endless redundancy, the lame 500 width that might have been necessary back in 96, the chia pet bonus and other vomit. Where is your demo? How does it work? Do you have a screenshot? These are simple questions a webmaster needs to be able to access immediately upon visiting the site. This kind of selling manner reminds me of some guito guy trying to shove baby food down your throat. I’m not interested in your baby food I’m looking for something specific! I’m writing this in hopes of those webmasters seeing this and changing the way they write but I find it a seriously futile attempt because those webmasters don’t visit this board! If they did, the sites I’m speaking about wouldn’t exist. If there are some that read this they are going to say…”WE GET REALLY HIGH CONVERSIONS YOU DON’T KNOW ANYTHING” Yeah I bet you do get really high conversions for having a decent product and complete garbage for your sales pitch. Its amazing people can stomach the nonsense in order to get what you’re selling. Bleh
